What to Expect

Your First Visit Experience

Your first Keen Smiles experience will be unlike any other dental visit you have ever had.

Upon being welcomed for your first visit, you will be taken on a personalized office tour. We want to highlight and explain the patient benefits of our state-of-the-art office and technology we offer.

You will then be taken into our consultation room to complete any needed paperwork. We will review your health history and discuss what you value, and want out of your dental treatment.

You will then be escorted back to your exam room where we will get an accurate assessment of your current oral health and dental needs.

We understand dental visits can be stressful and are committed to creating a comfortable experience. The following items will be available throughout your visit: complimentary juice and water, WiFi, Netflix, chapstick, sunglasses, headphones and a warm blanket.
