Please note that payment is due at the time of service. We file claims directly with your insurance provider and work as your advocate throughout the reimbursement process. However, because insurance contracts contain many variables, patients remain responsible for all charges if benefits change or claims are denied.

Keen Smiles has partnered with CareCredit to offer convenient financing solutions for your dental treatment. This third-party healthcare credit card provides low-interest and interest-free payment plans, making it easier to manage out-of-pocket expenses not covered by insurance.
The application process is quick and straightforward. You can apply online before your visit or complete the application at our office with assistance from our team.

The Keen Care Plan is specifically designed to increase affordability and improve access to comprehensive dental care throughout the year. This membership-based program offers significant savings on preventive and restorative procedures. For $40/month, you’ll enjoy all the following:
- 25% off any needed treatment
- 2 cleanings per year (routine or periodontal maintenance)
- 2 doctor exams per year
- 2 applications of fluoride varnish
- 1 emergency exam with X-ray per year
- X-rays as determined to be necessary
- Oral cancer screening (during exam)
Plus, you can save even more with our family discounts. Save 5% with two family members, 10% with three family members, and 15% with four or more family members.

The plan costs $40 per month, and there are no additional enrollment fees. Your membership includes all the preventive services listed, plus 25% off any additional treatment you need. Family discounts of 5–15% are also available.
